How do I lay a new track?
Open the Map tab and tap a link between two towns. A panel shows the type (plain, river bridge or mountain tunnel) and the price in Marks. You can build a link when at least one end is already on your network.
Why is my engine standing still?
Either the route till is full, so tap Collect on the map to empty it, or the engine has no route yet. Use Dispatch to pick a free engine, two connected towns and a cargo.
Do routes earn while the app is closed?
Yes, up to a limit. When you return, a While You Were Away sheet shows the trips and Marks earned. Signals upgrades in the Workshop raise the limit.
How do contracts work?
On the Contracts tab, tap Accept on an offered contract, then deliver the requested cargo by trip before the deadline. When finished, tap Claim. The board refreshes every six hours.
How do I start over?
Open the Ledger tab, choose Reset Progress and type SCRAP to confirm. This clears your saved game on this device. Deleting the app does the same.
Is my progress backed up?
Progress is stored only on your device. Spurwright has no account or cloud sync, so deleting the app removes your game.
